Josefina has been cutting my hair for over 4 years and does a great job! She's super personable, funny and wicked talented. I low key wish I wanted to do balayage since her color skills are amazing.

I’ve done many colors in my lifetime, all in my own home. I had some crazy damage the last time i bleached my own hair to the point of having to chop my hair to the shoulders. I was referred to Josefina, and i do not regret setting that first appointment. My hair has grown like crazy even with lightening it each session. She fits me in and works with my schedule and it’s always a comfortable and fun session. And the compliments *chefs kiss*

I really liked the color, she did a good job with that. When I left the salon she told me to message her and let her know if I needed more bulk taken off. After about a week I reached out to her as the shape of the haircut just wasn’t that great and very bulky at the ends and very hard to style. She never responded. Coincidentally after speaking with an acquaintance she also said she had communication issues with her. And was thinking of canceling her first appointment with her due to that.
