So disappointed and upset at my experience. I went in and explained I’m a natural blonde and get highlights once a year to brighten things up in the winter and the sun takes care of the rest in the summer, so I wanted something super low maintenance that would grow out as naturally as possible. I let her know I had a wedding coming up and I chose here because they explicitly advertise low maintenance highlights that grow out without harsh lines. So I have to say I usually don’t write reviews for places but I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t share my experience here. Jessica did my hair and she is absolutely amazing. She is very sweet and talked over everything I wanted, was trying to avoid and actively asked me questions about my hair through the entire process to understand my hair better and its specific circumstances. It was soooo not satisfying, I have black hair and I asked her to go with blonde highlights, she said I think we can do caramel and I was like yes but can you work with black hair she was like yes, I literally left so disappointed unable to give any expression and cried all way back because I saved up my whole weekly payment just to do this for my hair!!!!
