Waste of time. My Groupon covered everything I was supposed to get my deposit back and I didn’t receive my deposit. Also David didn’t cut my hair in layers liked I asked I got an uneven cut instead. I was sad how my hair came out they didn’t even do my partial highlights how I want it. It was horrible.
Excellent service and stylists were very nice. My color came out nice with some tweaks but they finally got it right.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN NEW YORK. TO SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HAIR DONT GI HERE. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND MY HAIR STIKK RUINED. Please do yourself a favor and do not go near if you still want to have living hair or color that isn’t white and bleached off. They do not know how to do balayage and balayage is in their name. Felt unwelcome and not a fan.
Really recommend to anyone wanting to their hair. Good price and exceptional service. Nothing bad to say honestly 10/10 experience !!!
