Very disappointing experience. I wish I had read the lower reviews before coming here. I left the salon with soaking wet hair on a rainy day because David, the manager, refused to allow even a simple blow-dry. I was also unhappy with the balayage done by Firuza. When I mentioned it and asked if they could fix it, I was told it would cost an additional $85, even though I had already paid a lot for the service. I visited this salon yesterday after a badly botched home DIY job! As a reminder to everyone - best to leave hair to the professionals! The salon was super welcoming and really busy which had a nice Saturday vibe. I loved that there was no judgement regarding my home disaster, my hairdresser confidently advised the required actions (partial highlights and a toner). Terrible experience, rude management, and extra charges. I wish I had read the low reviews before coming here. I ended up leaving the salon with soaking wet hair on a rainy day because David, the manager, would not allow the staff to do even a simple blow-dry. The environment also felt uncomfortable if you criticized the service. If you say “perfect job,” they are friendly, but a simple criticism is clearly not welcome and you are treated poorly. Mila is my girl! She always kills my curly hair cut and I walk out of the salon with the bounciest blowout curls to follow.
Mila was fantastic! I got a cut, color, and olaplaex treatment. Everyone there is so sweet. I felt so welcomed. I highly, highly recommend!
