I found this salon through a great Groupon deal for highlights and was lucky to be booked with Firuza. While someone else at the salon gave me a bit of attitude for not paying full price (which felt unnecessary, since I wouldn’t have discovered the place without the deal), Firuza was nothing but kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. commuted here for no reason and cancelled my appointment 5 minutes from sitting in the chair. awful customer service from david. had a groupon on partial balyage, toner and blow dry and he kept trying to upsell me on a full head of highlights and how bad my hair would like with partial…. i wish there was a clearer explanation on a partial balayage vs half head of highlights on the groupon itself and when I called on the phone before coming. overall, would not recommend from this communication gap. edit 8/5/25 - noticed the o... read more
