The best hair salon i’ve found in SWFL! Stephanie does an amazing job with my hair and I leave every time feeling so confident! The salon is always so clean, the entire staff is so friendly, and their product line is amazing!

I am beyond disgusted with the experience I had here. I paid $400 at a salon literally named Balayage Boutique for a blended balayage, but I was given a rushed head of full foil highlights with severe bleed lines and harsh horizontal banding. When I brought these clear technical application errors to the owner, Danielle’s, attention, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid $400 for a blended balayage and walked out with a rushed, botched head of foil highlights full of bleed lines and horizontal banding. When I reached out for a resolution, the owner Danielle blamed my hair history and the complimentary wine they served me instead of taking responsibility for the stylist’s technical mistakes. I went to Balayage Boutique expecting the expertise their name implies. Instead, I paid $400 for a rushed job that left me with severe bleed lines and harsh horizontal banding the exact opposite of a blended balayage. I had an appointment with Stephanie and she was wonderful! She did my hair for the first time and she did it without rushing and explained what she was doing at each point. I couldn't have had a more pleasurable experience and I will certainly refer her to others. I am already getting compliments about my hair. : )
