I was referred to Jackie by a friend after my hair was badly damaged, burned & brittle after a horrific bleaching experience. What can I say Jackie is so meticulous about her work and dedicated to the actual HEALTH of the clients hair. So far, my hairs health has been progressively improving & I have no intentions on switching salons.
I have previously colored hair with about 5 inches of my natural roots grown out. I wanted to touch up only my roots. I was rejected from their services over the phone. I was told "We only provide service when you have virgin hair". The lady was nice about it. I'm bummed there isn't anyone there with the skill to work on already processed hair.
