Authentic Hungarian food. Excellent friendly staff.
It's with actual regret to give a low score. We have had many really great dining experiences here. But tonight left us flabbergasted that I had to be interrogated because I sent a dish back. Mind you, I never asked for it to be comped or discounted. But when presented with my bill, I was asked to go see the owner who then questioned my taste and was dismissive and insulting. This is an amazing restaurant. The food is phenomenal and the family that runs it are wonderful. We brought my 96 year old grandma who spoke Hungarian and the waitress immediately spoke to her and made her birthday so memorable.
The restaurant relocated since my mother in law used to eat here, but we went on her recommendation and really loved eating together here. I loved the family vibe. You can tell there's a lot of long time visitors. Big dishes allow for very yummy leftovers or sharing with family.
