Hi Peter. Apr23 I finally pass the road test, thanks to your support, & appreciation, against the region of Durham! I still have your business card for anybody that may have any small claims case, but for some reason when calling your number, I'm getting an automated message "this is a recording"!
Two months ago I paid Peter a $2000 retainer fee for a Small Claims Court issue. As soon as I paid the fee, all communications stopped. Peter would not answer or return my phone calls or respond to my Emails. The court date passed without any assistance from Peter and I asked for the money to be returned, but to this day, Peter continues to ignore my phone calls and Emails. This kind of unethical behaviour from a paralegal is extremely disappointing. I hope the readers will consider my experience in choosing this paralegal.
In my case, as soon as I paid Peter the $2000 retainer fee, he completely ghosted me, ignoring my phone calls and Emails. After the court date which went by without any assistance from him, he refused to return the retainer fee. My next step is to report him to Ontario Law Society. You may reconsider choosing him as your trusted professional.
Peter is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Landlord and Tenant Board matters. He works efficiently and effectively, with great attention to detail. Peter is always honest and to the point, but most importantly, he gets the job done right. He consistently delivers the results you need and desire Thank you, Peter!!
