Kristen L. gave my friend and I the most amazing massages on my birthday, filled with special touches like hot towels at my neck and some hot stones.... it was amazing! She has a firm and intuitive hand and a great sense for individual needs/areas of trouble in the back and neck. Plus she’s very sweet � gorgeous, clean environment and excellent products too.

Had an amazing guided meditation tonight at Balans with Maria Johansson. Great space, energy in this place. Maria did such s beautiful job leading us through this experience. Grateful for this opportunity to participate.❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Balans this weekend. I had Ashley for my 50 min facial, it was very relaxing and she was amazing. It was my birthday and they gave me a few samples which was so nice. My coworker had recommended this spa and now I know why, I highly recommend it!!
