He listened carefully to our situation where we have been unsuccessfully trying to resolve an issue with a neighbor who engages in frequent disorderly behavior which makes our family feel very unsafe. I called and put in an inquiry. Waited to be called back and didn't get a call. My inquiry is time sensitive so I called back and asked politely how long it usually takes for a call back and was hung up on. Edited to add, I called the number provided by Baland, left a message, and did not receive a call back. I called on June 2nd and updated this June 10th 🤷
