We had the postpartum package with Susanne and she was incredible. She guided us through a lot of firsts - bath time, nail trimming, feeding, burping, baby carrier, soothing techniques etc. which really boosted our confidence as new parents. I also found the text group to be very helpful for questions/concerns that came up during the week—it gave me a lot of comfort and reassurance. We highly recommend the Full Prenatal Class for new parents to be. Bronwyn was incredibly knowledgeable and we feel far more prepared heading into this new chapter of parenthood. It was so nice to be in a class setting as we got the opporutunity to not only absorb the content, but also to hear other parent's questions and fears, often things we hadn't even considered to ask about.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our doula team, Aubrey and Susanne!!! We could not recommend them enough. We first met Aubrey when she was the instructor for our Infant Care/Baby 101 class, and right away we were drawn to her warm and comforting personality. I used Balancing Birth to Baby’s overnight postpartum doula services. Bronwyn was extremely supportive and responsive. All of the doulas that we worked with took excellent care of our son and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this service to any new parents!
Lauren saved my sanity! Seriously this woman isn't just a doula, she's a hero. Having a friendly conversation just having my hands free or letting me take a much needed breather was amazing. Will say about the company itself, the prices are reasonable and they are willing to work with what you need which is a godsend.
