Donald Sutton is an exceptional therapist. He has such a gift for meeting clients exactly where they are, especially those who are feeling uncertain about therapy. He creates a space that feels approachable, safe, and genuinely client-led rather than one size fits all. His warmth, skill, and ability to build trust quickly make him stand out, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking try therapy for the first time.
I will forever be thankful for the person who answered the phone and put me with my therapist Amanda. After I had my baby I was in a very dark place and had never been to therapy before. I connected with Amanda on so many levels and she was able to understand me not only as a mother but as a woman, a person, and a Marine. She helped pull me out of a darkness that I didnt know how to escape. Thank you isnt enough.
Everyone on staff is incredibly caring and handles every situation with both compassion and professionalism. For example, if a billing issue comes up, they go above and beyond to resolve it quickly and make things right. Dr. Roman, the owner of Balanced Wellness, truly takes care of her team and leads by example when it comes to providing exceptional mental health support.
