I’ve been attending Linda’s aerial yoga classes at Balanced Traveller Fitness once a week for over a year, and they are truly the highlight of my week. Her home studio is incredibly beautiful, calm, and welcoming — you instantly feel at ease. Have done yoga for many years but only just started with aerial yoga. Linda is amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and helped me trust the process, especially with the new moves, being in the swing upside down. Feels like defying gravity 🤩

I really love Linda’s aerial classes and her sense of community. As a new member of the group, I feel safe and supported when trying new and challenging poses. I highly recommend aerial yoga with Linda.

I love my classes with Linda. Ariel yoga is fun and it is very much a matter of trust in yourself. Linda is very supportive and is very professional. Have been off my mat for a few years but love doing this yoga, which I have never done. I love using the silks which are so beautiful to use in different poses.

This class has saved my life. I went from menopausal madness to cool, calm & collected. My flexibility has increased tenfold, my core strength has improved, and best of all I have made beautiful connections with some awesome ladies & men. Thanks you so so much Linda 🫶
