Myofunctional Therapy at Balanced Smile LLC with Tracy Shelbourne was very helpful in treating mouth breathing and enforcing nose breathing techniques and tongue placement to alleviate dry mouth, improve sleeping, and overall health. I stumbled across Balanced Smile at the beginning of the year while researching myofunctional therapists near me and I'm so glad I did. Tracey was absolutely amazing to work with and taught me so much about myofunctional therapy. She was so friendly and patient with me during my initial phone consultation and answered every question that I had thoroughly. Our 12 year old daughter had a tongue thrust since birth, which is why our orthodontist referred us to Balanced Smile with Tracey Shelbourne. We thought our daughter’s tongue thrust would be a life long habit, especially since she was older. Tracey gave us hope and worked with our daughter and us to help her get the best results possible.
