We called Balance Plumbing at 3:30 in the afternoon regarding a problem with our toilet. They had a plumber at our home in 30 minutes. Repaired and good as new. Highly recommend them.
Highly recommend! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain what was actually causing the issue, and point me in the right direction.
very poor customer services
Paul helped my daughter out with assessing a slow draining toilet, sink and washer. It was day before Christmas Eve and he came tried to clear it with the usual plumbing machine. He was very honest and recommended another company that could use heavier equipment to extract tree roots. He discounted the bill for which we were very thankful! The other Co. was able to clear out nearly 100 feet of tree roots.Everything is working!
Paul was awesome! Called to let me know he was coming. Showed up when he said he would and had our problems solved right away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
