We have been excellent clients and high paying due to an animal with chronic illness. We received a letter Monday chocked full of accusations and lies by a new Vet there. We were fired with absolute undue cause and their accusations are serious. I would not touch this clinic with a ten foot pole if I were you. I am considering getting an attorny.
We loved Dr Watson, but we started getting threatening phone calls and emails that said if we didn't bring our dogs in, at least every 12 months, they couldn't treat us, When I told them I didn't care, I would bring my dogs in when they needed care, they fired me, When I asked the office manager to let me speak to Dr, Watson, she told me no, and not to call back. Sad to lose such a great doctor, but if you're not a profitable client, they don't have room for you. :-(
I want to give everybody a heads up about how Big Valley Vet is choosing to treat some of their clients. We have been going to Big Valley for some time now and in Feb and April of 2020 we had to put our 2 senior dogs down. A few months after loosing our sweet dogs we decided to rescue a kitten and a puppy. Big Valley vaccinated and spayed our puppy but couldn't accomodate our kitten due to them being overwhelmed with Covid protocals and short staffing issues (which we totally understood). Worst service, apparently Dr. sent an estimate for a procedure she can not or does not perform. We made the appointment 4 months ago to be sure our dogs were neutered before our very busy fall work travel schedule. Two days before we find out Dr. can not do this neuter and will not reschedule for 6 weeks, and this will not work for us. I guess they do not want our business. The lady Michelle was not very nice, TERRIBLE SERVICE, time to find a new vet. With young puppies you would think they want our business, but no.
