Did not information me of my lapsed insurance rejecting my claims until after they had charged me well over $1000, threated to send me to collections unless I paid around half my bill, refused to send my medical information to proper legal channels until I made the payment which affected my ongoing disability case, and then sent my bill to a shady collections agency anyway. I could not recommend these people any less.
I would not recommend Allison Boehs. I saw her for 4+ months. At first she seemed okay and I thought I would like her. After awhile I began to realize that she either just wasn’t listening, couldn’t remember, or only heard things that fit with her preconceived biases. She actually kind of made me feel worse.
It's very rare to find a therapist you really love by the first visit. From my first visit with Andrea Grimes, I loved her. Now I feel like I can't do life without her. She really listens to me, makes me feel heard and validated in my thoughts and feelings, and magically knows exactly what I need to hear. Don't know what I would do without her
Do not recommend Andrea Grimes.
