Do not recommend Andrea Grimes.
I have been receiving NET therapy with Pam Gottschalk for 4 months and it has greatly improved my overall mood and mental wellbeing. Pam’s bedside manner is soothing and understanding. Her knowledge of NET is extensive and she is very thorough. Some of the benefits I have gained include being present, increased patience, less anxiety, less reactivity, and an overall positive mindset. 10/10 would recommend Pam!
I have worked with Andrea Grimes (a counselor at Balanced, LLC) for over three months dealing with several issues. She has been consistently on time, dependable, is a good listener, and has a sense for the actionable. I have found her kind and caring and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with issues in her practice area. Also, Balanced itself is a well-run organization in my experience. Their website works, they get back to you in a timely way, and there have never been any service or billing issues.
Recommended here for my daughter. Use it for my son and myself.
