Balanced Living Psychology and Dr. Diego Hernandez has been extremely helpful with treating various mental health problems I have experienced, from extreme anxiety and depression to substance abuse, isolation, lethargy and lack of motivation or purpose, along with serious trauma and bodily/head injuries. Using ART (accelerated resolution therapy), among other therapeutic means, of recognizing, working through, and confronting these, along with also assisting with general life issues as they arise or develop.

Dr. Hernandez, through ART therapy, was able to tackle a lifetime of Post Traumatic Stress extremely fast! My outlook in life has significantly improved thanks to his therapy. I can’t imagine how my life would be like right now had I not called him and schedule my first appointment. After seeing other therapists for over a decade, I finally found the most effective therapy through Dr. Hernandez. I can’t thank him enough ... I have my life back... just priceless!!!!
