I met Katie at a Bars class in June 2023 that she was facilitating. We had a fabulous class that day and I hoped to see her again. I booked a Sound Healing session with her as I was intrigued about the tuning forks in August 2023. It was wonderful!! I've never felt so relaxed during a treatment before and I've received massage therapy for over 20 years. I saw Katie on a few different occasions as I've always had trouble sleeping. Last night I booked a session for her to run my Access Bars. I went home and had a deep sleep which hasn't happened in ages! If you feel like you've exercised every alternative, try seeing Katie! I would highly recommend!
I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Katie at Balanced Living!! She is great at pinpointing areas that need work and somehow makes you feel amazing after. Shes great at answering any questions you have and is so excited to meet new people. 4 stars
