Dana not only gave an incredible massage to areas needing relief but also was a wealth of knowledge for general body care, stretch techniques, exercises to increase mobility+strength, and more. Would strongly recommend if you are highly active looking for a professional who knows the ins and outs of the body!
Dana was amazing! I heard great things but actually experienced pain leave and muscles release. I highly recommend her to you- I've had massages my whole life but this is different....results that last!
