I started practicing Ayurveda about a month ago to explore this ancient India healing system and possibly find peace and closure from painful events in my life. Rebecca is a very knowledgeable and experienced yoga teacher!! She is also an extremely loving and kind person who infuses her classes with personal experience, learning and wisdom. She is a gem in the yoga world!

The first Yoga class I ever took was with Rebecca 10 years ago. She is so warm and friendly and just makes you feel at ease.
