They made an extra effort to get someone out the same day I called. He found my problem, showed me the parts that were damaged and gave me a quote for the repairs. Because it was soooo late he was unable to order the parts. Because my AC could be fixed the same day he offered to go to his shop get a portable AC and bring it back to me until he could fix mine. The AC he loaned me was a life saver. And it was at no cost. I offered to play him the trip charge but he said I didn't owe him anything until he could fix mine. Great ... read more
