Fidel of Balanced Heating & A/C did an outstanding job repairing our home A/C system today. He carefully diagnosed the system identifying the issues, then thoughtfully explained the process and cost. He spent several hours working without taking a break. I appreciate his skill, knowledge and work ethic. Job well done! Thank you

This company did a great job. Called them on a Sunday evening on a holiday weekend and they had someone at my house the next day at 11 AM. Had my issue fixed within an hour and checked in on me the next morning. David and Clay both did a great job helping me and keeping in communication. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When we returned from vacation, one of our A/C units decided to take a dump. The first thought when something goes wrong with your home air conditioner is "omg, it's the middle of summer with no air and it's going to cost a fortune to fix". This wasn't the case with Balanced Heating and Air. Our technician Fidel was incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable!!!
