I would like to highly recommend Balanced Air Conditioning. We received the best service from start to finish. We had somebody access the situation and overnight the boys were here with the new air conditioner including the crane that was needed as the unit is on the roof. They were on time, very nice and very respectful. They worked non-stop all day and did an incredible job. Opened evaporative cooler. Oiled up the bearings. Water on. Ahhhhhhhh...coool. All of a sudden...CLUNKCLUNKCLUNK. Called Balanced. Our technician was Cody. A little over an hour. No CLUNKCLUNK..house coooool! Cody was fantastic!!!

We recently had our 19 year old heater fail. I called Balanced immediately. Their technician, Fidel assessed the situation. Fortunately a new heater was available withing 2 days it was installed. We have been pleased with our experience with Balanced Heating and Cooling, and highly recommend them.
