I just completed the 28 day No Fail Balanced Habits program. My most important goal was to learn how to eat healthier... consistently. Balanced Habits has taught me how, what and when to eat. Absolutely the best life transforming approach to eating I've ever learned and implemented. I was very susceptible at first but lost 5 lbs the first week without exercising! Balanced Habits Kick Start (28 days) was an AHA moment for me. It’s real food that was already in my kitchen and I chose what to eat. It’s simple, satisfying and enlightening. Lost 12 lbs in the first month and I know some of that was water and just getting my body on track. I just completed 6 months of this program, and it changed my life! I didn't know what to eat before starting this program and was unhappy with my body, energy levels, and lack of motivation.
