Shannon and her team are fantastic. I go 2 to 3 times a week with my daughter. The instructors are amazing and they have classes for beginners and advanced. Best thing I ever did was join Balanced Fitness.

Did not have good experience here. My classes were often cancelled last minute. Once, I was waiting in front of studio with others who registered for twenty minutes and instructor never came. Had to reach out to owner to sort things out. I was okay with being accommodating until I realized this good faith will never be reciprocated. When I had personal issues that prevented me from going to class, they refused to cancel my class as it was within 24hrs. I joined Balanced Fitness Studio three months after giving birth, and it has been an amazing experience! The classes have been perfect for my post-partum recovery—challenging enough to make me sweat a little but never too overwhelming. The instructors I have been with, Shannon, Brie and Lorraine are incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable, and the entire team creates such a welcoming and encouraging environment.
