I went to Balanced Dynamics Massage with shoulder pain, and wanted to see of I could stay away from MDs or drug therapy. After 1 visit I was pleasantly surprised to see improvement, and after the 4th visit found the pain and discomfort were gone completely. I could not be more happy with the results from this caring owner who listens, then takes care of my needs.
Tiffanie is amazing and you will not be disappointed! She is helping me recover postpartum and is helping my c-section scar feel better. My body feels more balanced and relaxed
Tiffanie is exceptional in her knowledge of the body and takes the time to teach you as well. I've been seeing her for years and can no longer go to any other massage therapists. She is able to pin point and work through any pain I am experiencing and shows me stretches I can do at home to continue to address and prevent injury. I highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing pain anywhere in the body.
