HONEST REVIEW!!!! In December 2024, my home experienced a leak coming from the bathtub area. I contacted Balanced Comfort, and a technician came out to diagnose and repair the issue. I was charged $600, and the technician assured me the leak was fixed. Since the shower in that bathroom is rarely used, we assumed the issue had been resolved. On 11/29/2925, we used the bathtub again, and the exact same leak reappeared, dripping from the ceiling in the same location as before. I called Balanced Comfort for warranty service. The only reason I give two stars was because they showed up, yet the price was outrageous taking advantage of the fact that it was so hot. Gave a 900 cost to replace the downstairs A/C, a 35 dollar part. Then the ac unit on top blew up and estimated over 7 k to fix. Again compressor cost under 700.00. If you want to over pay go with them otherwise run away.
Jovanny did a great job helping us diagnose & understand the problem with our unit. He also did great helping us find a new unit that fit our needs.
