I had Balanced Comfort come do a plumbing inspection which was included in my yearly maintenance package. Everything was going well until they recommended replacing my main water valve. After replacing that I’ve had nothing but issues. It started leaking from multiple spots and the technician came back and put more tape and glue on and turned my sprinklers off before he left. I called this morning for help with my heating unit. Carlos came out and diagnosed the problem, a safety feature had not reset after 2 power outages to the neighborhood on the same day. He also recommended I have a 2 surge protectors installed on my split unit. I have their maintenance plan which helped with the cost. I highly recommend this company.
