Update 10/2025: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY After leaving my first review, I finally got the manager to message me back. I was assured it would be taken care of. I got an appointment scheduled with the city inspector again, called twice myself AND sent a message to remind them they needed to be here with a ladder to get this complete. Guess what?
