I called Jeremy about an issue I had with my furnace fan.Instead of running out and charging me for a service call, he suggested I try something to see if it was just a bad thermostat...it was. How many other companies would do that? I will now be a Balance Air Heating & Cooling customer when I need anything done,and will suggest them to others in need of service.Thank you Jeremy .

Very satisfied with the level of service, honesty, and responsiveness to our HVAC issues. We had an issue with our 20 year old furnace failing to complete a full heating cycle and instead of pushing a new furnace on us, the tech cleaned a few pieces and it has been running smoothly ever since. We also bought a new thermostat and the technician was honest with us that installing it was easy and we can save money by doing it ourselves. Jeremy and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and their customer service is exceptional. Our furnace stopped working, and Jeremy came out that evening and diagnosed the problem. He explained what was wrong and ultimately we decided to get a new furnace. The installation was quick and no mess was left behind. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
