Responded immediately, was able to evaluate the system with 24 hours of request, super thorough, explained each diagnostic approach and potential issues and solutions. Definitely felt as though he had a long history of hands on experience in the business and was very trustworthy, technical but easy to understand. Had a clear plan in place after the problem was fixed for follow up, contact and maintenance with 1 hour. Bonus points for putting up with my puppy who thought she could help him.
Jeremy was amazing! He called me the next morning first thing (my inquiry went in late evening the night before), gave me his thoughts on what may be the problem, scheduled an appointment to come to my home same day, diagnosed a minor problem and fixed it and provided insight on what to expecting my aging (like really aging) unit. He was just super friendly and honest. I respect that a lot in a service contractor and will send him referrals when I can because he's great! 10 stars!
