Three other companies tried to tell us we needed a new furnace immediately. Jeremy was honest and fixed it for us quickly. He saved us THOUSANDS. Thank you!!!!
Balanced Air came by quickly, and fixed my furnace. Now it actually works nicely. Great advice, too. Thank you very much!!!
Great communication, thorough, and efficient install. 10/10
Jeremy was thorough and provided clarity and guidance during the entire process. The final installation was clean, efficient and very professional. Lastly, Jeremy demonstrated a high level of integrity by pointing out some minor nicks and dents on the compressor after installation. Highly recommend
Jeremy was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually walk me through what was going on with my AC. He clearly explained the different repair and replacement options, showed me where the issues were, and gave me straightforward recommendations without any pressure. Really appreciated how honest, thorough, and easy to work with he was. Highly recommend.
