As an active person it gets me down when I run into an injury that keeps me from doing what I love to do. I’ve had a shoulder and knee issue I couldn’t solve on my own. Dr. Jeremy sorted it out for me. I can’t say enough about his ability to root out the real issue and create a plan of action! Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Balance Within Physical Therapy enough! I've struggled with lower back issues off and on for years. When I return to Dr. Sarah and Dr. Jeremy, I find relief almost immediately. Through Myofascial Release techniques that provide instant comfort along with empowered me with tools to help myself at home, I've become a believer! I cannot say enough positive things about Balance Within, specifically Sarah! After a life-changing event, I was left with a number of traumatic injuries. After sixteen weeks (twice a week) of traditional physical therapy and laser therapy to deal with plantar fasciitis and back pain, I was facing surgery as a last resort to heal the continuous pain. I started treatment at Balance Within because I was frustrated with the treatment that I received at the big corporation medical clinics. Dr. Jereme applies a full body approach to his treatment plan. I have learned that the pain I feel in a specific area can be caused by an imbalance in a different part of my body.
