What I enjoy most about Balance Within is that their goal is to get you back to optimal performance while giving you the knowledge to stay at optimal performance. Unlike other physical therapy practices I have worked with in the past, Balance Within’s approach isn’t to maximize in office visits and their bottom line rather their approach truly focused on the path back to optimal performance.

I was 16 years old, in the midst of soccer season, and I developed debilitating lower back pain that sidelined me for the remainder of my senior season. Dr. Trunk and the staff at Balance Within got me back on my feet with expert and personalized help that truly worked wonders. I learned self-care techniques that will last me a lifetime. Now, it is a pain of the past, not bothersome in the slightest!

I'll get right to it -- Dr. Jereme is AMAZING! I was doing PT through another source and my knee pain did not go away. Now after going to Balance Within - I no longer have pain. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. He even has a sense of humor (bonus!). My husband will be going next to tackle his shoulder issues. I highly recommend them. Their office staff if very friendly and helpful as well (thank you, Britt). I am so fortunate to have found out about them.

I highly recommend Balance Within in Delafield. I have used them multiple times over the last several years and each time I walk away with positive results and the initial problem gone. I most recently went to them for stiff and painful feet upon waking or sitting for any length of time. Jeremy and Elyse were able to end that pain through exercises and other PT modalities.
