I booked my massage at Balance Wellness for lower back and hip pain. I clearly stated I needed deep tissue massage to work on lower back and hips which give me pain in a regular basis. Over the years I have had deep tissue massage to manage my back and hip pain but since I recently relocated I needed a therapist in my area. I recently got a massage from Christina Drake and I have to say it was the best massage of my life!!! She is highly skilled and very perceptive. I appreciate that she takes her time and does an incredibly thorough job. The massage was not only relaxing, but also effective. I felt immediate relief from stiffness I thought would never go away. I had my first prenatal massage appointment November 21st with Tammy which was a lovely massage and booked a second appointment for December 20th. A few days after booking I realized I was unable to make the appointment, because I had family in town and called to cancel November 28th.
