I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received with balance wellness. I had my first prenatal massage appointment November 21st with Tammy which was a lovely massage and booked a second appointment for December 20th. A few days after booking I realized I was unable to make the appointment, because I had family in town and called to cancel November 28th. Ben was fantastic and thoroughly worked on the stiff shoulder and neck muscles. Christina was thoughtful and gave my husband a tension relieving, relaxing massage. First time going here, and definitely going back!
All in all, very positive.
