I got a massage from Valerie at a crossfit competition. She really helped me stay loose so I could finish out the day. Super nice and would recommend her if you are in her area.

My hip was killing me and I couldn't get rid of the pain. Val gave me an amazing massage and focused on my hip area and I am still pain free after a week!

I have been having some neck and headache issues along with some pain in my forearm, Valerie made sure to address all areas of concern and even explained what could be causing them and gave me tips on what to do at home. While she worked on my forearm ( that was hurting so bad that I couldn’t even squeeze my hand ) it was like instant relief and the pain was gone and I could squeeze right after. She’s great at what she does!

Val was nothing short of amazing! Her punctuality was awesome and I had no wait time. She ask question before she got started. Communication is excellent. I’ve had some back pain, she took her time and did one section at a time. I’ve been to several places for massages but she is definitely the best I've ever had. I will be going often, can’t wait till my next appointment.
