Balance Spa was great! Perfect couples massage with relaxing lounge, atmosphere, and hosts. Scheduling was a bit difficult (earliest opening was in 3 months) but worth the wait
My wife and I had an amazing time here! It is a very relaxing place and I highly recommend it!
My boyfriend and I went there for their Valentines package and we were very happy with the service. We got our messages by Amanda and Liesl and they were both great. There was champagne and snacks such as melted chocolate and fruit and marshmallows. There is a nice sauna in the locker room. They also have a nice lounge room upstairs to chill.
I went here with my mother and sister, we each had purchased a groupon for a full body massage and facial. It was a tad bit difficult to schedule but that was because I was trying to get us three booked together, once I left a voicemail my call was returned. Customer service was excellent, massage was great and I enjoyed the facial. It was my first ever facial so unfortunately I have nothing to compare it to but like I said I did enjoy it.
