I've used them for years for seasonal checks of my HVAC and I've always been happy with service. On two different occasions they could have told me I needed an all new HVAC system. I even requested a bid on one. The owner was honest with me and told me my system still had years left and did NOT force me to buy. Yesterday I thought my AC unit was probably dead and would need to be replaced again they were honest and simply replaced a part! I cannot recommend Balance Point more highly!
I would definitely recommend Balance Point. We had an issue with our AC and they got us taken care of so fast! They were very nice, professional and know their stuff!
