Top quality service. Experts that just do the right thing for their customers at reasonable and honest prices. We’ve used for service since we bought our home in 2012, and to replace the aging full system last year. They more than honored their warranty this summer when a freak electrical issue damaged the system. Excellent in communication and scheduling. I highly recommend.
When I woke up the morning that I called, our temperature was at 76 while the thermostat was at 74. I watched it for a few hours and came back from running a few errands and the temperature was 81 with the thermostat still at 74 so something was wrong. I immediately called Balance Point, who is always been there for us and once again was incredibly wonderful! The staff got Eric out immediately, and he found that our capacitor had gone bad.
