I saw both Jeff and Sharon for a rot cuff injury I acquired doing CrossFit. After a couple weeks of dealing with it in my own, I saw Jeff for some manual therapy and Sharon for IMS, and I was completely recovered in days and able to do my CrossFit competition without any issues or pain a few days later.
Sharon Spinder provided superb care and management guidelines to prepare me and set me up so I could enjoy a very active cycling and swimming holiday.
