Absolutely awful experience as a first time client. Wasn’t seen for over 40mins, had people pulled in ahead of me and the receptionist (who wasn’t even there at the time) was defensive when she came back instead of helpful and didn’t seem to know what was going on in her own clinic. Would never go back
I have been coming here for 15 years. Trong and the team do an exceptional job in managing my ongoing lower back issues. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Exceptional service.
Amazing experience at Balanced Physiotherapy! The staff is welcoming and therapist, Trong was incredibly knowledgeable. My back pain improved significantly after just a few sessions. Highly recommended!!!
Dr. Trong very excellent at his skills. Many effective exercises to increase the range of the movement of my son's hip, shoulder, Loose his low back and Glutes. Reasonable reschedule appointment period. My son broken left ankle annoying pain( almost 2 years) is cured by him.
I recently visited Balance Physiotherapy in Mount Waverley. Paul is very professional, friendly and has a depth understanding of injuries and injury prevention techniques. I am grateful for his guidance and prevention plan given to overcome my injury. Highly recommended.
