Highly recommend! I am a runner and ended up getting IT band syndrome. I took a 6 week break and during those 6 weeks I did little things I was told to do over the internet, but less than 2 miles into my first run back I was in pain. I struggled with this for a few weeks trying different things then pushing my runs to the point of not being able to walk well for a couple days after running.
