I had my first session today with Elliot, with a very specific need and focus (C5/6 degeneration and related discomfort). Elliot listened and then did incredible work with a powerful and compassionate massage style. I wasn't planning on getting a multi-pack of sessions, but I signed up for five more because he was so good.
Everyone I spoke to during my visit was not only nice and professional, but helpful and took the time to explain and educate me about the process. I really felt their genuine concern was helping me feel better.
Great customer service, professional care and the massage therapist listened to what I needed.
Balance is such a fantastic place for a massage. Extremely professional business with very friendly staff. I get a deep tissue massage from Candice and it makes all of my sports injuries feel so much better. It's the most wonderful, relaxing experience ever!! I'm a member and look forward to returning every month.
