I come from a small town in Hatteras is a small town. My Tahoe was giving me problems and he was able to fix it the same day and only asked for a donation to the church.
They don’t answer the phone. Their business hours are ridiculous.
I only used the air pump, but the quality was terrible. I wasted $5 dollars and around 15 minutes for one and a half tires full. It says it tracks the psi but it was off by around 5-6. The pump would charge up when pumping, wasting extra time around 2 minutes while it goes from 18 to 32 even when the car tire was at 23. It’s a controlled pump, so it’s extremely slow, and there’s free air that fills up in seconds at the shell 3 miles away. Bill at Ballance is the man. We were visiting Avon, NC for the week and had a real issue with a ball joint and control arm. He got us in very quickly and took care of the issue as soon as the parts came in. He is also great with communication. He kept me up to date with everything as it happened.
