I've been coming to this place for the past 5 years because their prices have always been reasonable compared to others in the area. However, over time, I’ve noticed the prices have gone up while the quality and time spent on service have gone down. I usually only get pedicures, so I don’t expect much—but even then, the attention to detail isn’t always there. I wish i had an option to have an option to give no star to this place. I went for pedicure, it started with Akea (she was nice and considerate) but later new customer came and my job to complete was given to some other lady. She was rude, inconsiderate, not welcoming at all. It felt she was in rush, didn’t do a good job. I would recommend not to go here again . On top of it, she expects tip for not doing a job.
