Georgia and Grace helped me with ordering and chair for my Mum. They were friendly and very understanding. Peter also shared his knowledge and was very calm and helpful. Thank you to the team at Balance mobility for all your help. My family appreciates it immensely.
Staff are very friendly and helpful with all items that they have displayed.
The staff are great, the process of hiring an electric wheelchair was easy. Unfortunately the wheelchair collapsed with my elderly father in law in it and he sustained some injury from this. On return the chair collapsed again when a staff member tried it out. Returned it two days early after only using it on two occasions as it was just too dangerous and risky to use. Great. Most helpful and patient staff ... so valuable to access expert advice when purchasing safety items for the home and daily living. I suggest this should be the first place to head when needs arise rather than 'trying' inadequate solutions that may add hazards for someone with diminishing function. Again ... great service
