I was told the intake would be free. In reality they charged my insurance $300. I asked them why this was and did not receive anything resembling a reasonable answer. I would not recommend a practice that engages in deceptive practices.

Started with my daughter, now every member of my family is here at Balance. As with ALL mental health professionals, they are at capacity:( If you are in immediate need, you may need to find another office. Wonderful, caring and well trained therapists.

We are so thankful to balance mental health and wellness. They helped our family through many stages of mental health and were kind compassionate professional and thorough. Scheduling is a breeze and working through the billing and insurance was seamless. HIGHLY recommend Angie Sine; she’s absolutely amazing with kids. Our family is so thankful for Angie’s support and guidance of the self-development of our kid.

I was referred here by my employer's assistance plan. After a week and a half of phone calls, voicemails, and emails, no one has reached out. Then after waiting for that week and a half, I get an email stating that they can not help us and to call someone else. Do yourself a favor and find a different counselor that might put the slightest bit of emphasis on the health and well-being of their patients. Complete waste of time while a family member is severely struggling.

I have been receiving therapy for myself a d my daughter from Kathryn Meyer and I find her to be an extremely high level Practitioner. I recommend her to anyone who needs help with their child.
