The reason for the level four remarks is that the visit was well deserved of a level four except for me having to wait over 10 minutes in line and not taking my insurance, but the problem is with that is that I was told ahead of time that they did take my insurance and I told the lady online that I was chatting with to make sure and she says yes we do and when I get to the doctors office and through the consultation, she let me know different woman the nurse this time. Staff very polite and professional. Showed a lot of care and took time to listen to me. My first experience with a chiropractor team and very much appreciate them all.
Very nice people enjoyed my visit explain everything where I can understand it so thank you all.
