I have been going here for about 2 years. Maddi is amazing. She has done multiple services for me and always makes sure I am educated and comfortable before starting or even deciding on a new thing to try out. Nothing but the best here.

Amazing! Everyone here made sure I received the best care possible! I was informed of multiple options and was helped to reach the best option for me! I didn’t have to wait long either, which is unheard of in doctor’s offices these days!

Had a pregnancy emergency, got an appointment right away. Was told i was going to have a miscarriage. DR said, "it happens, it's okay..." did blood work and confirmed it. Was then told that it would pass naturally. 2 months down the road, went to Sanford ER for severe stomach pain and was told I should've gotten a d&c right away. Not only was i told that my baby was no longer alive with no sympathy, they put me in a dangerous situation. Now I owe them over a thousand dollars. POS place.

Best place ever!!! All of the girls are so sweet and welcoming! I started seeing Dr. Rhonda Schafer-McLean at Balance Medical two years ago, and she is hands down the best OB around. I also got lip injections for the first time this month, and I absolutely love them—Maddi is amazing! I highly recommend booking a facial with Allie as well. She is incredibly kind, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The care and attention from everyone at Balance Medical is unmatched💗
