The PT that worked with my daughter and husband was excellent - truly top notch. I am very thankful for her help and expertise. The administrative side of the office, however, needs attention. Patients should be told before scheduling appointments exactly what their insurance is going to cover so they are't stuck with a huge bill after the fact. Their handicap accessible stuff is such a blessing! Love the office manager and both physical therapists that work there! So helpful and encouraging. Both my mother and I have gone there regularly throughout the years and they are always so happy and welcoming in the office! Will always recommend
Definitely one of the best offices in Winchester. Both the therapists and the office manager are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable, responsive, patient and kind. All my questions and concerns are answered in a timely matter. I had a great experience, will definitely recommend every time!
I my opinion this used to be a first class operation. However, my recent experience was disappointing. Matt is a great PT, but his trainees are not well supervised, twice putting me through quick and nonprescribed exercise routines. I believe in helping trainees learn, but they need a PT to oversee their work closely, which, in my case, was lacking, resulting in well intentioned but improper physical therapy.
