Jess is magic! I had an incredible experience and quick recovery. Loved the added bonus of her professional Pilates expertise.
I couldn’t recommend Jess from BIM highly enough. She was fantastic throughout my recovery from a knee subluxation, quickly identifying the areas that needed the most attention and creating a clear plan to help me progress. We had weekly to bi-weekly sessions, and it was really encouraging to see the improvement between each appointment. Jess was always friendly, knowledgeable, and has given me the tools and confidence I needed to continue strengthening my knee independently.
I was referred to Balance in Motion (Bondi location) after having a meniscus surgery and attended physiotherapy with Jess Ross for two months. Jess was a great listener and built appropriate exercise programs for me that brought me back to full use. Went to BIM with an issue with my lower back. Jess was able to identify the issue quite quickly, gave me a series of exercises, checked in and switched or progressed the exercises over my time seeing her. Now I’m back to normal and can lift heavier weights than before going there, without any pain or twinges - she’s great!
