Had an incredible experience with Jess at Balance in Motion, Bondi. Really knowledgable she helped me understand the issue with my ankle and got me on the road to recovery. Extremely friendly and funny too so I always looked forward to our sessions. Would highly recommend

Saw plenty of physios over the years with little progress. Finding Seb at Balance in Motion has been a game changer. He helped me fix a two year injury in two sessions and I’m running again. He is thorough, asks the right questions and focuses on the mechanics before giving exercises. I’ll keep seeing him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a solid physio.

I came in to see Jess 8 weeks out from my marathon with an injury that was preventing me from running at all and causing pain just getting out of bed. She was fantastic throughout the whole assessment, treatment & prevention process and has gotten me straight back into full training as soon as possible, as well as helping treat smaller underlying issues to prevent future injuries.
