Jess has been an amazing physio throughout my recovery from an ankle sprain when I was in Peru. From the beginning she has been attentive and thorough, taking the time to explain each stage of the process and providing exercises that were both clear and effective! Her combination of knowledge, care and practical guidance has made a real difference to my recovery, helping me rebuild strength and confidence step by step. Seb is hands down the best physio I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot due to 3 stress fractures)!! He has helped me on my back to run journey so much and I feel so much more confident this time around thanks to him. He has provided me with a much greater understanding of what is and isn’t beneficial for my injuries and I really trust the advice he gives me. He goes above and beyond ! Great Physio practice, am currently being treated by Jess but have had a few sessions with Jade. The team make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns and lifestyle and create a program for you to do at home using tools in your home, and if the excercise works will then make recommendations on equipment to purchase. There’s some late afternoon/early evening appointments as well which helps with balancing your health with work and life. Highly recommend the BIM team!
Jess has been amazing with my recovery. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and always explains things clearly. Her guidance has made a huge difference in my healing, and I’d highly recommend her.
