I am a support worker of one of your clients and I sometimes need to check something with Lauren in plan management she is amazing and is always happy, friendly and makes sure everything is right before she gets of the phone. 10 out of 10 for service all around best plan management, I deal with 5 all together and by far Lauren is the best.
So very caring and adaptable for all situations and needs .
Makes false reports just on how people look,false rspca reports aswell & little do they know im on dsp and when I get my ndis ill be requesting to not be put through these people
