Karin the audiologist was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient with my son, and her student she was training was kind and patient as well! I will forever be grateful for their unwavering kindness they showed us during his appointment. I highly recommend this place.
We’ve been seeing doctor Lu for about 4 years now & we love him …he’s always been so kind & most of all patient & listens & never rushed us ...he’s always eager to get my sons hearing aids on point & we all know that reprogramming hearing aids takes time ..I also like that he gives us important info he doesn’t leave us in the dark he teaches us about my sons hearing aids . I hope he never leaves this place & if he does I hope he tells us where he goes ..also the front desk staff is always really nice & helpful when I need to... read more
it has been next to impossible to get things done with this office and honestly has upset me I have already had 1 pair in my life and have been treated like I haven't had any. I am being told I cant just pick them up it going to be and hour and a half to sit with a doctor just to set them up. WTH I told them I've already had a set back as a teen.
