Best gyms in the area!
Excellent, modern, new and clean facilities, even a boxing room very well fitted out with gloves provided. Love the classes, very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate the different options for membership suited to different needs. Central location, and close to the RSL next door. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a gym in the area.
Nelson Bay is a bit out of the way so no staff most of the time. Some machines need attention with small things like new grips or selection on walkers not working.There are plenty of machines so just need to keep trying another. Happy to have the gym available for the price.
