Jenna is incredible. I took my daughter to Balance + Glow for her first facial for her 13th birthday. From booking, to service, to recommending products Jenna was both knowledgeable and courteous. She has a warm, welcoming energy that was inviting and put my daughter at ease. Jenna is a life saver! I contacted her looking to have a facial and consultation to help assess my acne I had all along my jawline, neck, and chin. Let’s just say…that acne barely exists today!
