Garrett is AMAZING! I've been training with him for about 2 years ~ he really got to know my goals and my starting point. Every time we meet he asks where I am today - and honors where my body & mind are that day. Because of that I steadily progress and get better and better every day. I can do things today that I never thought I could --- Highly recommend!!

I have worked out with Garrett and his associates for almost a decade. My wife works out with him as well. Even my kids have worked with Garrett on workout plans they can do on their own. Balance is the key here - he has a custom plan for the individual and our goals and he uses a unique set of activities each session that over time you realize have strengthened you comprehensively. I trust him completely and highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level who wants a focused, thoughtful, and empathetic trainer.
I have been a client for many, many years. I think Garrett is a phenomenal trainer. Not just because of the exercises that he tailors to me in any given stage of my life, but also his dedication to me as a client. His knowledge of the body and movement is exceptional. But he is also good at getting to the root of my hang ups. It's physical and mental health rolled into one. There aren't enough stars to give, so I have to settle for 5!!!
Garrett is great to work with. I have off days, yet he always finds a way to motivate me and genuinely cares. Highly recommend him!
